1.2 is a bugfix, I accidentially broke some stuff in 1.0 /1.1 so...
Creates 'twinkles'/'streaks' you can set the number of streaks animate it turning, and pulsating (jitter).
It looks like lens artifacts so it can easily be used for
an advanced glow.
This (1.1) version has been updated to automatically conform to the input image, new options added, and a coupe of bugs were removed
