Ninja Character Controller issues

HI 

We bought this model a few days ago and are unable to figure out where the controllers are.... 

It says supported for maya 2010 , but we are running maya 2011 and is the issue because of that.

Would be great to hear from you asap as we need this character to be animated but unable to start work. Awaiting your reply and support on this matter.

    Hello Sharath, the model is rigged via Maya Fullbody IK the manipulators should be visible, so you can set the corresponding keys to them. In case you don see them for any reason you can drag the mouse over the whole model, and scale them manually. In case that dont work please check to see if you have the human ik node, make sure is visible and manually select the all the effectors and scale them to suit you.
