Problems when loading saved file.

So I've been trying out the Andy rig, and it's all fine and dandy.But here's the beef, when I load a saved file, the poses that I saved previously, are all messed up.

Here's a screenshot of the saved file and the opened file.
As you can see the opened file has its arm all stretched out, and the guy on the right is standing up.
It doesn't make sense, the bus isn't even there yet.

This happens when I only have one rig in the scene as well, I've tried saving them as .mb files and .ma files.
I've also tried keyframing the poses, but to no avail.

Help me Obi-wan! You're my only hope!
