geometry- all in all pretty good, need some work eliminating the triangles
texture - good base texture, need more work in placing the seams, front of the body is not a good place to put a seam.
rig - good foot roll, arm movement, and leg movement. no back controls, spider man is supposed to be able to swing and climb walls, with this rig there is no way he is doing that. also the weighting on the wrists and other places need a lot of work.
pretty good job all in all, fix the minor details and add some more controls to the rig and it would be great.
