NB the anim curve derivation could be done more elegantly than by approximating samples (its relatively easy to actually derive the curve, it is not necessarily any slower either) A integration curve could also be done on same token Because once you do the derivation code you kind of get all you need for integration too. Also making the nodes work fully inside mental ray wouldn't be all that much work either. You'll get 5 stars just as long as you can make the mentalray translation parts. Find: Relate Maya custom shaders to mental ray for Maya custom shaders in the manual. If you need help send me a PM, its just that im a bit busy so im not sure if i can have time to write code, tough honestly this would be a 3-5 hour or so job. Well seems to me like some mac user need to do a version for this plug. :) -
