Base on the example, matching name with prefix or with suffix or inbetween works well. However, there are studios that use the traditional naming convention such as rHand and lHand. There is no underscore between them. So with this, I wonder how can I search match the left to right and right to left?

r and l should still work to a certain degree, the prefix match function essentially look for an object matching the first letter and look if theres another matching the first opposite letter. I have not tried on a lHand rHand naming convention but it should at least get a majority of the objects right. You might have to manually clean up a few in the list. Have you tried to see if it works?
