Graph Editor "View" Error.

I have placed the GER folder where I wanted. I loaded the rb_GraphEditorRedux.py file through the plugin manager and it loaded sucessfully. I even made a button for the GER and that worked. Everything up to that point is working well, but when I open the graph editor and click view, I get this error:

// Error: file: G:/Maya Plugins/Ger_v2_6b/GER/scriptsModified/graphEditorPanel.mel line 216: Cannot find procedure "syncFramePlaybackRangeCmd". // selectKey -clear ;

Could I please get some help? Also I noticed that the pdf said you have to modify the .mod file. How can I modify it? It is currently acting as a video file. Sorry for not being so savvy in this area of computers (extensions and what programs I need to open/edit them). Could me not fiddling with that file as said be the cause? I saw several people saying that step wasn't necessary and that it worked for them, so I figured I would ignore it. Any thoughts? Thanks for the potential help.
