Front scapula rotation problem

Hello and thanks for the rig.
But I have a problem :(
Everytime I rotate the main control; L_scapulaRoot_jntProie receive rotation value and mess it all
I don't know where the rotation value comes from;
front_legJoints_const_grpProie
receive it too but it's doesn't affect the others groups or objects parented under
and Uncheck Inherits Transform destroy everything.
It seem that when I delete L_front_scapula_IKhandleProie the rotation problem it's solved but .. no more scapula....
It's also happening on the right side
Any idea???
