Skin weights alter after Maya rig creation and joint chain is outside uGrp

Hi there,

I'm having a few problems when generating the Unity friendly version of my model

1. I get a warning after the process has finished, (see image attached)

2.I end up with the skeleton outside the Ugroup (not like your video)

3. Skin weights do not copy properly from one rig to the next 

Please help.
