It seems people keep asking for the "duplicate input connections" because the checkbox on the GUI isn´t visible in all cases, haven´t figured out why. But its just a matter of modifying the spPaint3dGui.py.

A Great tool by the Way... Artisan Script paintGeometry was terrific by compare.
The result can be optimised because every stroke result create an independant transform, so you can tweak your scene easily.
