Place this in the scripts/startup folder and restart Max. You will find it in the modify panel called PEN_Attribute_Holder_2. Add this to any object then add custom attributes to the modifier. There are tools built into the modifier to help you set keys, reset all Ca's and save, load, merge and reuse custom settings for the CA's.
