This is a very simple script to give you a little interface in 3D Studio Max to submit your scene file directly to a Smedge controlled render farm. The script allows you to specify the name, priority and pool for your job. All other settings are taken from your scene render settings.
To configure this script, you will need to edit the script to point it to the Smedge Submit.exe component application, which is in the Smedge program folder. For example, often this will be something like "C:\Program Files\Smedge\Submit.exe". You can also set up your list of pools in the script.
If there is enough interest, I would like to make this system more full featured, like how the Maya submit script works, including the ability to gather pools from the system, and configure more advanced options.
You can find more information about Smedge at the home page: https://www.uberware.net/smedge
