Hi,
I use Maya 2017 and I have a problem with the rig. When I rotate head or body, the eyes don't follow them

I managed to figure this out on my own, and since no one else will answer this I will! But better late than never, yeah?
The geo group for the body mesh was not made into a proper layer like the Controls were. Under the attribute editor you should find two tabs called Display and Anim. Under Display is where you'll find your layers. There should already be a layer called Controls. However, you'll notice there's no layer for Scout's mesh. So to fix this, if you select the Geo_group and then hover over the layers tab right under Display and hit "Create Layer from Selected," it will create a new layer from that geo group. After that, you'll be able to set the body to Reference so that it won't be selected alongside the controls. That's why the eyes and hat aren't following the body because you're keyframing the geo mesh as well!
To set it to Reference, click on the little blank box to the left of the layer text until it shows the letter R.
To finish up, you can name the new layer to whatever you want. In this instance, I named it Body_Mesh.
