I've come by a strange problem

Multiple animation keys can not be dragged around in the time slider when the rig is loaded in the scene.

I'm using Maya 2014 and have tested with multiple computers and scene files and it only occurs when this, or the other boney rig is loaded. Makes changing timing a bit more difficult. Very strange.
