It's very easy to adjust it.
1) Go to Hypershade and Select the Pot Shaders Input and Output nodes.
2) Then Select the noise1 (2D Texture) Which is Connected as Colour Input to mountain1.
3) In noise1 Attribute adjust the Thershold and Amplitude.
Here you can get what you want.
