sorry but I don't have Linux at home or work, so currently I can't do it. But since the plug-in is open source, anyone can compile it. So maybe someone will do it and send it to me.
But in any case you can use the (slow) .py version with Linux. If you want to use the plugin for sticky lips you just have to remove all other vertices from the deformer, so speed should not be an issue.
