This is a little script to attach a number of transforms on a mesh.
It's using a follicle so the mesh would need to have some type of UV representation.

INSTALL:
1. Import into the script-editor 
2. (Drag the whole code to the shelf if you want a shelf-button) 
 
Usage:
- Select a single or multiple transforms and lastly a mesh to bind to (ex, joint1, joint2 + meshObject)
- Execute script
- The transforms should now be have a parentConstraint to a newly created follicle attached to the mesh
