I don't know will it work in any other directories. Use default directory in "documents and settings" or "users" directory, as I described in instruction in archive.
"scriptEditorKeywordsFile" - I don't have such optionVar name.. it's your customs.. may be because of it you have warnings.
Try to use default maya settings. Just rename your /documents and settings/maya to something like "mayaa" temporatory, then Maya will create new default maya folder there. Put there my scripts and test again. If you'll still have warning - write me on email: deniseich@gmail.com
