Did you install the pyqt lib?
I tested here in the work in some clean machines.
I only install python and pyqt and all works fine.
I find issues in the exe version for windows, I will update soon a new version.

Im in the work right now, and here I cant upload the new version.
To use it with python, you need to install python 2.5 or higher (better higher =) ), and the pyqt lib, its very easy to do.
Just google both, and download it.
I will try to update the file when I go home.
