Any possibility of a fix for this? In reading the What's New? file for Maya Extension 2 (2013.5), there are references to changes in the API and the MEL and Python APIs. It looks like the Maya team are updating some things with no downward compatibility. Several scripts and plugins have broken between 2013 and 2013.5. This is a very helpful tool, and I know about 12 users who would love to have it working again.

Hi ! Sorry for the long wait, I wasn't using mentalRay anymore at work so I had no time to work on it. I'm back working with mr so there might be updates in a few weeks. I will not support any maya version under 2014 from now. They made big changes in mental ray interface so I can't keep compatibility with previous versions. So for maya 2013.5 I won't do anything to fix it. And I don't have access to this version anyway.
