suggestion regarding Selector

I've had this issue before and now, again..in Maya 2018, basically..selector stops working and cannot be selected for any controller due to error message it pops up saying that it doesn't recognize '' ANY ''random controller within my rig. So, my suggestion is, can you add some kind of option for '' rebooting '' selector script, reseting it or reconnecting it back to all the controllers it's suppose to oversee, option that could be controller within  ? This issue is really something you'd want to avoid if for example, in one of your scenes Maya for some reason corrupts any number of elements and you're not able to use RRM script in the same way you could few minutes ago, plus reseting Maya, refreshing Maya or restarting machine doesn't do the trick because file still holds the corrupted line within it.So, to recap in case you're totally confused now..a safe, secure way to re-establish connection with Selector from Modular, to kinda '' clear '' all previous connections ( animation should stay intact because you're not deleting anything, just refreshing ). Is that possible at all or a bit of a stretch ? Many thx man, all best

    I am not sure why this would happen... and reloading the UI should be enough to fix it. There are no direct connections between the UI and the rig, it is only checking names and then searching through existing connections in the rig.
     
    If it doesn't work after quitting Maya and restarting, then either something has been broken or renamed in the rig, or there is an error in the script. If that's the case though, the script should not work, and then all of a sudden stop working...
     
    If this happens to your rig, can you save it and send it to me?
