Offsets animation keys of selected objects by a randomly selected number between user input limits. Each object is evaluated individually and a new random value generated for each object. Time range can also specified to offset keys only within that range. Incremental offset allows each object in order of selection to be offset further than the previous one by the specified amount of frames. Exponential offset adds an exponent to the incremental value to create a constantly growing offset between each object.

*note: Exponential offset defaults to 1, this should not be changed to 0 as that will have no effect on keyframes. It is not a number of frames but a power added to the incremental offset value (ie 5 to the power of 2).

Changelog:
-------------

Version 1.1: Added the incremental and exponential offset options to allow for greater diversity of effects and speed up flowing animations.

Version 1.1.1: Changed the exponential value to a float value to allow for more reasonable time values and more control.
