Mental Ray error

greetings

when I try use mental ray in maya 2016 (student version, in mac osx el capitan), appear a message of error.

your plug-in works fine, but i cant use mental ray to render the animation.

any idea to solve this thing?

I'm sorry, but rendering issues is out of the realm of rigging solutions. I suggest you check the CGtalk or CreativeCrash forums. I have been rendering Slap on Characters with Mental ray for a while. There are tons of little issues, but you'll get a system that works for you. Cheers
