The target's name must be "character" + "Phoneme".
Select the object which have a blendshape already, then run this script.
It will find the blendShape nodes in the sence.
Select the blendShape node( up-right corner ),
And most import things is input some words like "Pin Yin", convert it, "OK Animate", then you have an animation done.
For example, input "Bei Jing", "kong fu".
