Exporting the track animation?

First off, thanks for the script, it works perfectly for what I need.

However, I'm trying to use the animation in a Unity3D project, but the track animation does not follow out with the standard timeline animations in the scene (ie the wheels rotating). Does anyone know how to resolve this? I have used the 'bake' animations within Unity3D and this then does bring in the track animation, but it his terribly distorted with each track peice rotating on all axis instead of following the curve.

Thanks for any help on this.
