Feature Request

More noise/organic/granuler look with chunk tool?

Sorry if this actually exists in the software, but I can't seem to get it to work if it does. Right now, I can create chunks of my objects just fine, but the resulting chunk always has zero (0) noise resulting in smooth angles being left behind in both pieces of geometry. Is it possible to add a noise feature of some sort to the chunk tool? To be frank, I bought this tool specifically for chunk'ing things up like in the 4.5 demo video, so I'm a little disappointed that I have to resort to using chip of to get more organic chunks like what's shown in the sample renders here on the software page; it's way too random compared to manually going in and using the chunk tool in specific spots. All of that said though, if this does exist in the software right, could you explain (either in type or video) how to get a more organic chunk?

Yes you can do this already. 1. Change the cut method to Boolean 2. Select the object you want to Fracture and turn on the Preview cutting Plane under the the Plane Fracture section. 3. You can then change the Face Size and Random Noise under the options. 4. Use the Plane Fracture function. The Voronoi will not give good results with noise.

Umm...I guess I was using the wrong terminology: I wasn't talking about using the cutting plane feature, I was reffering to the "Detach Chunk" tool under the "Chip Off" menu. Would the settings you're talking about apply to that tool? I had already watched the video demo you mentioned/linked, and it doesn't even touch on the "Detach Chunk" tool, we are talking about the same tool, right?
