After you load and animate the mesh with Flex tool,
If you rename the mesh, the Flex tool crashes Maya. Maybe you want to make the renaming works or at least prevent the tool crash Maya.

I test with simple mesh and renaming geometry not crush my maya, but tool of course not working.
It must be fixed and I will do it, but some later. work.. :)
