Hi

I am facing an issue, when I do a delete by history in my scene, The Variable FK Rig gets messed up.

Well, the rig uses deformer nodes which are considered history (skinbinds and stuff) so if you really need to delete history on things either delete it only on the necessary objects or delete non-deformer history only.
