Thanks for the heads up. It would be very helpful if you could send me a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing...Create a new topic in the Support Forum on this page (right after the reviews tab).
Based on what you're telling me, it looks like you're having trouble creating a specific shape with the mouth. I have created a MASSIVE update on the FleX Rig (Version 2.0) and it is currently being reviewed on CreativeCrash. Once it has been approved I can send you the link to download it (and the update includes many, many more intuitive, detailed controls for the face, including an entire mouth shaper control to create various mouth shapes). However, you'd need to purchase the updated rig as there are a plethora of new features.
Again, post a screenshot and I'll see what I can do regarding FleX 1.0.

so I was about to start animating and as I was doing my voice Lip sync. I notice the mouth area was missing some features, just a heads up.
I tried doing the word "you" and thats open mouth with narrow lips, pucker and no teeth showing.
as of now its hard to get that mouth shape and the texture gets deformed weird.
this would also occur if I tried making the "O" sound.
