Awesome update on 1.1.0, but i noticed a small bug on R_Knee_Ctrl. You locked and hide Translate, only rotate is accessible which does not do anything. On the L_Knee_Ctrl you have Translate which works fine. You might want to also add a stretch or scale to the tongue.
